In my opinion the strongest time of the real estate buying and selling season is January thru June. 

Think about it....

  You live in a small home with 2 children.  As a father I can attest to a small home being overwhelmed with Santa's drop off.  Maybe its time we look for a new home?

  Janurary starts the tax season..... ok I am getting HOW much back this year???  Sounds like a down payment on a house to me!

A misconception is that the summer months are the best time but with so many people on vacation its hard to get steady activity.
